Tania Liberata
Tania Liberata has a B.A. in Theatre & Studio Art from CUNY Hunter College and is an educator and theatre artist living and working out of New York. She was born to idealistic parents who identify themselves as “revolutionaries.” They named her after Tamara Bunke, better known as ‘Tania the Guerilla,’ a communist revolutionary and the only female to fight under Che Guevara during the Bolivian Insurgency. She has always been fascinated by the revolutionary spirit's need to take great risks to protect and fight for ideals.
Que Viva La Patria is Tania’s first documentary film.

Nació de padres idealistas, los cuales se identifican como "revolucionarios". Ellos dieron el nombre de Tania a su hija en honor a Tamara Bunke, conocida como "Tania la Guerrillera". Esta "Guerrillera" comunista y revolucionaria fue la única mujer que luchó bajo el mando del Che Guevara durante la insurgencia boliviana.
